Wire sealing material and method
Each component of the load cell will affect the final technical performance of the sensor. Some load cells only use simple fixing methods to avoid the movement of the sensor wires and damage the electronic circuit of the sensor. Some load cells with a short conduction distance even only Rely on glue seal to fix. However, for a load cell with a larger volume and a heavier weight, if there is no proper wire fixing or sealing method, the load cell is the most likely bottleneck for failure. Especially when the sealing head is installed to fix the wire, the material and tightening force of the fastener will also affect the final technical performance of the load cell. Observers found that there are very few installations using fasteners and sealing adhesives, which can avoid the residual stress caused by the fastening force, and will not cause leakage due to insufficient fastening force.
