2) The network cable of the computer and screen is too long or of poor quality;

3) Sending card is bad

1) Re-load the receiving card file;

2) Reduce the length or replacement of the cable;

3) Replace the sending card;

l The entire display shows the same content for each display unit

No display connection file sent

2. Troubleshooting method:

Reset the send screen file, and connect the network cable of the computer connected to the output port of the sending card near the indicator light when sending;

l The display brightness is very low and the displayed image is blurred.

1) Error in sending card program;

2) The function card is set incorrectly

2. Troubleshooting method:

1) Restore the default settings of the sending card and save it;

2) Set the display monitor to have a minimum brightness value of 80 or higher;

l Full screen shake or ghosting

1. cause of issue:

1) Check the communication line between the computer and the large screen;

2) Check the DVI cable of the multimedia card and the sending card;

3) Sending card is bad

2. Troubleshooting method:

1) Reinsert or replace the communication line;

2) Push the DVI line into the reinforcement;

3) Replace the sending card.
