100ELT22M is a TTL to differential PECL converter Use a single +5V supply. The two outputs of the differential pair should terminate at 50Ω to VCC - 2.0V, even when only one output is used. if A pair of outputs is not used, both outputs can be left on (not terminated). The 100 series is temperature compensated.
