1. Describe
74LVC07AD,118 is a hexadecimal buffer with open-drain output. The input can be 3.3 V or 5 V equipment. This feature allows these devices to be used as converters for mixing 3.3 V and 5 V environment. Schmitt trigger action on all inputs allows the circuit to tolerate slower input rise and fall times.
