AT24C16C-XHM-B provides 16,384-bit serial electrically erasable programmable read-only The memory (EEPROM) is organized into 2,048 words, each with 8 bits. The device is optimized for many Industrial and commercial applications where low power and low voltage operation are essential. this The device uses space-saving 8-pin SOIC, 8-pin TSSOP, 8-pin UDFN, 8-pin PDIP, 5-pin SOT23, 8-ball VFBGA and 8-pad XDFN packages. The operating voltage of all packages is 1.7V to 5.5V.
