The NCP114AMX280TCG is a 300 mA LDO that provides engineers with very Stable, accurate voltage and low noise for space - constrained environments, noise sensitive applications. To optimize performance battery powered portable applications, the NCP114 uses Dynamic quiescent current scaling for very low IQ consumption at empty.
