1. Description
NCP167BMX330TBG is a linear regulator that can provide 700 mA of output current. The NCP167BMX330TBG device is designed to meet the requirements of RF and analog circuits, providing low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current and very good load/line transients. The device is designed to work with 1 F input and 1 F output ceramic capacitors. It offers two thicknesses of ultra-small 0.35P (0.65mm x 0.65mm chip scale package (CSP)) and XDFN4 0.65P (1mm x 1mm).
