1. Describe

The NLAS4599DTT1G is an advanced high speed CMOS unipolar - double throw analog switch technology fabricated in silicon gate CMOS. It achieves high-speed propagation delay and low on- resistance while maintaining low power consumption. This switch controls analog and digital voltages that may vary over the entire range Power supply range (from VCC to GND). The device is designed for high on-resistance (RON) input voltage analog switches that are lower and more linear than typical CMOS RON. Channel select inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs. The channel select input structure provides protection while applying voltages between 0 V and 5.5 V regardless of the power supply. This input structure helps prevent device damage through supply voltage - input/output voltage mismatch, battery backup, hot swapping, etc.
