1. Describe
This single buffer/driver is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. SN74LVC1G240DBVR is a single-line driver with three-state output. When the output enable (OE) input is high, the output is disabled. NanoFree™packaging technology is a major breakthrough in the concept of IC packaging, using bare chips as packaging. To ensure that it is in a high-impedance state during power-up or power-down, OE should be connected to VCC through a pull-up resistor; the minimum value of the resistance is determined by the current sink capability of the driver. This device is fully suitable for partial power-off applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuit disables the output to prevent the damaged current from flowing back when the device is powered off.
