IC works on Line voltage as low as 1.6 V DC (degraded performance) Convenient to use more phone connections parallel lines.

4. Symmetrical high impedance input (64 kΩ), suitable for dynamic, magnetic or piezoelectric microphones
5. Asymmetrical high impedance input (32 kΩ) for electret microphone
6. DTMF signal input, with a confident tone
7. Pulse or DTMF dial mute input
