Both have 5µA (max) quiescent current, input common mode range 200mV Beyond the rails and powered by a single supply 1.8V to 5.5V. Integrated 1.242V Series Voltage Reference Offers low drift of 100ppm/°C (max), stable up to 10nF Capacitive loads and outputs up to 0.5mA (typ) current. TLV3011 and TLV3012 feature tiny SOT23-6 A bag for space conservative designs. it can also be used for The SC70 package further saves board space. both Versions are specified for a temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
