1. Describe
The XC6206P332MR series are high precision, low power, 3-terminal, positive voltage regulators using CMOS and laser trimming techniques. This series provides high current and extremely low dropout voltage. XC6206 consists of current limiting circuit, driving transistor, precision reference voltage and error correction circuit. This series is compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors. The current limiter's foldback circuit operates as a short circuit protection as well as an output current limiter for the output pins. The output voltage adopts laser trimming technology inside. It is selectable from 1.2V to 5.0V in 0.1V increments. Available in SOT-23, SOT-89 and USP-6B packages.
