1. Describe
71M6513-IGT/F is a highly integrated system-on-chip SoC with MPU core, real-time clock (RTC), flash memory and LCD driver. Our Single Converter Technology® has a 21-bit delta-sigma ADC, six analog inputs, digital temperature compensation, a precision voltage reference, and a 32-bit calculation engine (CE) to support a wide range of multiphase metering applications-cost external components. The 32kHz crystal oscillator time base of the entire system and internal battery backup support for RAM and RTC further reduce system costs. Multiple UARTs, I2C, a power failure comparator, a 5V LCD charge pump, up to 22 DIO pins and an in-system programmable flash memory support maximum design flexibility. The device is available in high (0.1%) and standard (0.5%) accuracy versions, suitable for multi-function residential/commercial meter applications that require multiple voltage/current inputs and complex LCD or DIO configurations. A complete series of ICE and development tools, programming libraries and reference designs can quickly develop and certify electricity meters that meet the most demanding global electricity meter standards.
