1. Description
The u-blox BMD-300-B-R Bluetooth low energy v5 module is a powerful and highly flexible ultra-low power device based on Nordic Semiconductor's nRF52832 SoC. These modules combine a 2.4GHz transceiver that meets the Bluetooth 5 standard, a 64MHz Arm Cortex M4F CPU, 512kB flash memory, 64kB RAM options, and a set of analog and digital peripherals to form a small package. The BMD-300 series has an internal DC-DC converter and intelligent power control, which can provide first-class power efficiency and realize applications that are sensitive to ultra-low power consumption. The BMD-300 module has an integrated antenna to simplify the design, while the BMD-301 module improves antenna flexibility through the U.FL connector. The BMD-350 is a miniature version of the BMD-300 module, in an ultra-compact 6.4mm x 8.65mm x 1.5mm package.
