The CDSOT23-T24CAN-Q type device is designed to provide ESD and surge protection for CAN transceivers, conforming to IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) and IEC 61000-4-5 reverse voltage 24 V and minimum breakdown voltage 26.2 V and It can be used with transceivers with internal circuits to prevent incorrect wiring of the 24 V power supply.
