1. Describe

The IQS127D-00000-TSR is a single-channel capacitive Proximity and touch device adoption Internal Voltage Regulator and Reference Capacitor (Cs). The IQS127D device has a dedicated pin Inductive antenna (Cx) connection and Output pin for proximity event on POUT and touch event on TOUT. output pin Configurable for various outputs Methods including serial data streams Options on TOUT. Device configuration is determined by a Time Programmable (OTP) option. The device automatically tracks the slow change Change the environment through various filters, Detects noise and has an automatic antenna Adjustment Implementation (ATI) to tune device to the induction antenna.

4. Simulation function

The analog circuit measures the capacitance of the sensing antenna connected to the Cx pin through a charge transfer process (see Section 5) that is periodically initiated by the digital circuit. The measurement process, called transition, involves the discharge of the reference capacitor and Cx, the charging of Cx, and the subsequent series of charge transfers from Cx to Cs until the trigger voltage is reached. The number of charge transfers required to reach the trigger voltage is called the current sample (CS). The capacitance measurement circuit uses an internal Cs and a voltage reference (VREF). Analog circuits also provide the following functions:

    1. Power-on-reset (POR) detection.

    2. Brownout Detect (BOD).

    3. Watchdog Timer (WDT) expiration is detected.
