1. Describe

The MPC508A is an 8-channel single-ended analog The multiplexer and MPC509A is a 4-channel differential multiplexer. The MPC508A and MPC509A multiplexers have input Overvoltage protection. The analog input voltage may exceed either the mains voltage without damaging the device or interfere with the signal paths of other channels. Protect circuitry ensures that signal fidelity is maintained even in Fault conditions that would destroy other multiplexers. simulation Inputs can withstand 70VPP signal levels and standard ESD test. The signal source should be protected against short circuits Multiplexer suffers power loss; each input presents 1kΩ resistance in this case.
