The PIC18F67K22T-I/PT is a 4 kB RAM and 128 kB flash 8-bit microcontroller with low power and high-performance. It is ideally suited for power-constrained and battery-powered applications.
The charge time measurement unit simplifies the design of capacitive touch applications and can enable other applications requiring precise time and/or temperature measurement.
