1. Describe

This single inverter gate is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. SN74LVC1G04 implements the Boolean function Y=A. This device is fully suitable for partial power-off applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuit disables the output, Prevent the damaged current from flowing back through the device when the power is off.
