1. Describe

If the system fails, the watchdog timer will not be reset, the system will generate an alarm, and the watchdog output WDO will be asserted. The STWD100 circuit also has an enable pin EN, which can enable or disable the watchdog function. The EN pin is connected to the internal pull-down resistor. If the EN pin is left floating, the device is enabled.
