1. Describe
The TLV9061 (single), TLV9062IDGKT (dual) and TLV9064 (quad) are single, dual and quad low voltage (1.8 V to 5.5 V) operational amplifiers with rail-to-rail input and output - swing capability. These devices are an extremely cost-effective solution for applications requiring low voltage operation, small size, and high capacitive load drive. Although the capacitive load drive of the TLV906x is 100 pF, the resistive open-loop output impedance makes stabilization easier at higher capacitive loads. These op amps are designed for low voltage operation (1.8 V to 5.5 V) and have performance specifications similar to the OPAx316 and TLVx316 devices. The TLV906xS devices include a shutdown mode that allows the amplifier to switch to standby mode with a typical current consumption of less than 1µA. The TLV906xS family helps simplify system design because it is unity-gain stable, integrates RFI and EMI suppression filters, and does not provide phase inversion under overdrive conditions. Tiny packages such as X2SON and X2QFN are available in all channel variants (single, dual and quad), as well as industry standard packages such as SOIC, MSOP, SOT-23 and TSSOP.

The TLV9062IDGKT family features 10MHz bandwidth and 6.5V/µs slew rate with only 538µA of current per supply channel, providing good AC performance with very low power consumption. DC applications are well served by Very Low Input Noise Voltage, Low Input Bias Current, and Typical Input Offset Voltage of 10 nV/√Hz at 10 kHz 0.3 mV.
