TPD4E001 provides DRL (SOT), DBV (SOT23), DCK (SC-70), DRS (QFN) and DPK (PUSON) Package, rated temperature from –40°C to +85°C Operation. These devices provide higher IEC protection, lower Capacitance to reduce the clamping voltage and eliminate Input capacitance requirements.
